With detailed knowledge of a job requirement, we will draw up a shortlist searching for candidates from our extensive specialist database, third party recruiting services, advertising responses and other potential sources of suitable candidates including headhunting referrals and networking at industry events.  We will then contact all candidates short-listed to introduce your company and web related vacancies. 

We select suitable candidates on a basis of stable work industry, technical/business experience and person fit.  Careful CV selection ensures that the majority of web developers submitted are interviewed. 

Increasingly, clients ask us to work their vacancies on a sole or preferred agency basis.  Our recruitment service can also be adapted to provide a solution covering everything from the headhunting of individuals or entire teams, innovative advertising, CV pre-screening, initial interviewing and testing. 

We then work with both client and candidate through the recruitment process keeping an accurate record of interview feedback from both parties and assist where required in the decision making process.  Once you have made a selection we present your offer and work to secure an acceptance.
